May

The balustrade installation on the balconies of NIMIT Langsuan’s residential units has already started. Meanwhile, sliding doors have also been installed up to Level 25 and the toilet cisterns installed up to Level 16.

March

Currently, NIMIT Langsuan development has reached Level 54 with approximately 50% completion on internal architectural work while MEPF system (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire) is 30% complete and façade installation is 25% complete.

February

Construction of NIMIT Langsuan development has  reached Level 52. The architectural work is 35% complete, while MEPF system (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire) is 25% complete and façade installation is 18% complete.

January

NIMIT Langsuan’s construction is now at Level 46. The Omega installation on the south side has reached Level 16 and the north side has reached Level 19. In the meantime, the construction of swimming pool at Level 10 has already commenced.

December

The core structure has now reached Level 41 and progress of the mock-up room unit 2B.1 at floor 11 is approximately 60% complete, and façade installation is also progresses as planned.

November

Construction of NIMIT Langsuan progresses as planned. Core structure and mechanical works have now reached Level 37. Detention tank and external road constructions at Level 1 are on progress. Structural work and MEP of mock-up room at Level 11 are 100% complete and ready for interior design process.

October

The core structure of NIMIT Langsuan has now reached Level 32. The architectural works including waterworks, electricity and air conditioning system have reached Level 14. While the works on façade and internal road have been constructed continuously as planned.

September

The construction of NIMIT Langsuan is on progress. The slabs and core wall at Level 23 – 25 are complete. Rebar placement for core wall and columns have reached Level 28. The installation & inspections of E/E boxes for power outlet, fireman telephones, fire alarm speakers, emergency lights and lightning rods at the core wall of Level 27 are complete. While the external work, waste water piping installation has started.

August

Construction of NIMIT Langsuan’s has reached Level 21, including the work on core wall, and the installation & inspection of E/E boxes. The slabs work at Level 20 is fully complete. While the Earthing Resistance were tested at Level 15 and 16.

July

The works on slabs, beams, columns and core walls at level 12 to level 15 are complete. Currently, the team is working on core wall at level 16.

June

At Level 11, the work on core wall and column casting are on progress as well as the installation of tendon for PT beam, embedded to support façade system and electric wires sleeve.

May

Work on the structure of façade has already started. While transfer beam on level 10, the largest floor, is more than 90% complete, and work on transfer slab has reached 70% progress.

April

Work on the transfer slab at level 10, which is the largest level and is considered the foundation level of level 11 and the whole building, is 25% complete, and work on transfer beam has achieved 80% completion. While the water tank on Level B1 is now 100% completed.

March

The construction continued at level 10 by placing rebar for transfer, preparing for constructing beam and pole at the following stage. The cleaning of the construction site and inside the building from level 1 – 9 have been done to prepare the site for next construction phase.

July

The tower core slip form casting passed Level 5 during July. Furthermore, the ground floor slab was completed this month with first floor slab expected to be finalized early August. Ground Floor and Level 2 floor first fix installation have now started.

• Bracing Removal = 99% completed
• External Works = 10% completed
• Superstructure (Above Ground Floor) = 4% completed

June

Basement B1 slab casting began in June 2017; completed on 13 June 2017. First core slip form casting, from B1 level started in late June. BMA approval was granted during June 2017.

• Mat Foundation (Tower & Garden side) = 100% completed
• Bracing Removal = 90% completed
• Substructure = (Basement to Ground floor) = 75% completed
• External Works = 10% completed

May

Basement excavation works for NIMIT Langsuan have reached full completion, lean concrete for the tower side mat slab is completed and rebar placement works is also now at 75% completion.

• Excavation works = 100% completed
• Mat Foundation (garden side) = 100% completed
• Mat Foundation (tower side) = 50% completed

April

Following the completion of bracing works, construction continues for NIMIT Langsuan with mat foundation works for the garden side now 100% completed. Mat foundation works for the tower side have now commenced and excavation works is coming close to full completion.

• Excavation works = 95% completed
• Mat Foundation (garden side) = 100% completed
• Mat Foundation (tower side) = 35% completed

March

Construction for NIMIT Langsuan contimues to be on fast progress with bracing works now fully completed and mat foundation works have now commenced.

• Excavation works = 85% completed
• Bracing works = 100% completed
• Mat Foundation (garden side) = 75% completed

February

Capping beam works for NIMIT Langsuan has reached full completion and lean concreate for mat slab has started with mat foundation works aiming to commerce in mid-February 2017.​

• Capping beam works = 100% completed
• Excavation works = 75% completed
• Bracing works = 95% completed

January

Construction continues for NIMIT Langsuan with basement excavation works now underway and capping beam castings, temporary platform and first layer of temporary bracing works completed.

• Piling works = 100% completed
• Diaphragm wall works = 100% completed
• Testing piling works = 100% completed
• Capping beam works = 100% completed
• Excavation works = 40% completed
• Bracing works = 50% completed

December

NIMIT Langsuan construction is ongoing with a rapid progress. Temporary platform installation and basement excavation has begun with capping beam works now nearly at completion.

• Piling works = 100% completed
• Diaphragm wall works = 100% completed
• Testing piling works = 100% completed
• Capping beam works = 90% completed
• Excavation & bracing works = 30% completed

November

Following the completion of piling and diaphragm wall works, construction continues for NIMIT Langsuan. King post installation for temporary bracing works has now begun.

• Piling works = 100% completed
• Diaphragm wall works = 100% completed
• Testing piling works = 100% completed
• Capping beam, excavation & bracing works = 5% completed

October

Construction is now underway for NIMIT Langsuan, with completion of pilling works on 3 October 2016 and superstructure works to commerce in early November 2016.
